...she likes writing contracts more than she likes reading them.

I now know how to use "shall" properly in legalese.  Shall implies obligation.  But it's not "must," which implies requirement.

You shall read on.

That being said, our group took an approach to writing the contract that we will be following in actually creating our exhibit.  Each member was assigned a portion of the contract.  (I wrote the Division of Labor.)  We are now in the process of putting those portions together to form a cohesive document.  For the exhibit, each group member shall head a committee.  Essentially, that means that each of us is responsible for one aspect of the project and will make sure that we all get our work done.

I'm looking forward to our group's exhibit on Plaza-Midwood.  We have a pretty darn awesome group, so I know it's going to be a great project!  Let's see what we can find!

  2. I actually really liked putting together our contract. Is that weird? I love our project. I'm so excited about it, and I'm so glad to be working with all of you. I know Ali, Sean, you, and I are all going to do our part to make this thing a success. That really takes the pressure off, doesn't it?
